What to know before you go
Free. Rain or shine. Costume contest 3:30 to 4:30pm on the Main Stage: kids 14 and under, families and groups, and pets. No advance sign-up; check in at the Village at Leesburg tent for a number. The Sheriff's Office runs Child Safety Day at the same time.
